Jhn 14:2

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.
Jhn 14:3

And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

Days of Deception (What time is it?)
Mat 24: 4-8
And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars: see that ye be not troubled: for all [these things] must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places. All these [are] the beginning of sorrows.

Rom 1: 17-32
For in the gospel a righteousness from God is revealed, a righteousness that is by faith from first to last, just as it is written: “The righteous will live by faith.”

The wrath of God is being revealed from heaven against all the godlessness and wickedness of men who suppress the truth by their wickedness,

since what may be known about God is plain to them, because God has made it plain to them.

For since the creation of the world God's invisible qualities–his eternal power and divine nature–have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse.

For although they knew God, they neither glorified him as God nor gave thanks to him, but their thinking became futile and their foolish hearts were darkened.

Although they claimed to be wise, they became fools and exchanged the glory of the immortal God for images made to look like mortal man and birds and animals and reptiles.

Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another.

They exchanged the truth of God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator–who is forever praised. Amen.

Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones.

In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

Furthermore, since they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, he gave them over to a depraved mind, to do what ought not to be done.

They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity. They are full of envy, murder, strife, deceit and malice. They are gossips, slanderers, God‑haters, insolent, arrogant and boastful; they invent ways of doing evil; they disobey their parents; they are senseless, faithless, heartless, ruthless.

Although they know God's righteous decree that those who do such things deserve death, they not only continue to do these very things but also approve of those who practice them.

Rom 3: 10-12
As it is written:

“There is no one righteous, not even one; there is no one who understands,
no one who seeks God.

All have turned away, they have together become worthless; there is no one who does good,
not even one.”

What can we do? Praise God for the answer below!!

Rom 3: 21-26

But now a righteousness from God, apart from law, has been made known, to which the Law and the Prophets testify.

This righteousness from God comes through faith in Jesus Christ to all who believe. There is no difference,

for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,

and are justified freely by his grace through the redemption that came by Christ Jesus.

God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. He did this to demonstrate his justice, because in his forbearance he had left the sins committed beforehand unpunished–

he did it to demonstrate his justice at the present time, so as to be just and the one who justifies those who have faith in Jesus.

Deu 30:19
This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live.

After being contacted by pre-wrath folks, I would have been shaken,
had not the Holy Spirit not been teaching me for some time to study all sides.

I think they misunderstand the word apostasy in 2 Thes 2:1-4.

Should read departure more correctly
and not rebellion. This changes things back to pre-trib view. sorry they miss that.

God Bless, BrotherMark

GT,
I love your post and it really blessed my heart. It is good knowing you at Joels and elsewhere but I am waiting (trying to do so patiently) for the trumpet to sound calling us up, up and away!

Keep up the great work and I will see you at the blog.

GT,

Your "Is Jesus Christ going to return," is wonderful and very well done.

You should consider posting it on Joel's blog.

I believe in my heart, that many lost souls are reading that blog.
It would be wonderful for them to see a redeeming message instead of some of the carnal junk that some place there.

Hope to see it there.

Time is running out............

See you upstairs.

anon; Thank you for your kind comment. Most of the post is taken from the Book of Romans(my personal favorite). One of the regulars, Nate, had posted the same verses not too long ago.

I agree it does get pretty carnal at times but I think some of it is people looking for answers, and Joel's does have an excellent "team" who defend the faith well and answer the seekers.

God Bless!
